i recently stayed at a super 7 inn in dallas, and it exceeded my expectations for my christmas party. the staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. the queen room was clean and well-kept, which made my overall experience enjoyable.

The kids enjoyed playing darts at the motel, and we appreciated the variety of cable programming available for family entertainment. It was a great way to keep everyone entertained after a long day visiting nearby attractions.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness was lacking and there were no hot water options. They really need to work on maintaining a welcoming environment for families with kids.

The room was a mess. I saw roaches everywhere, which made it impossible to relax or sleep. The bathroom was dirty, and I couldn't even watch TV properly because half the channels were just static. I asked to switch rooms, but they said no. No microwave or fridge either, which was weird. Just one pillow on the bed. It felt uncomfortable and uninviting for sure.
